Note: By default, the first item on the accordion expands when the page is loaded and there is not way to change it in Elementor. As I want all the accordion items to be closed by default, I made an empty slot, put it as the first one, then used CSS to make it invisible to give the illusion that all the slots are closed. 

todoMobile is seeking a motivated, forward thinking Business Manager to support the production team with expertise working in an ambitious, hyper growth environment. This individual has creative attributes and provides an experienced level of customer service to clients. 


What you’ll do:

  • Initiate growth : Work with the Sr. Team and delivery teams to generate production estimates and media plans. Set up new suppliers, reactivating existing vendors when needed. Prospect for new business and prepare all commercial contracts and insertion orders for clients. 
  • Analyze : Generate precise estimates on KPI’s, Campaign Targets prior to creative client presentations and confirm with Account Manager on benchmarks. Process client billable invoices, making sure objectives are tied in on fee approvals. Communicate with client if there are any issues on processing invoices. 
  • Manage : Own the negotiation process on KPI’s and campaign targets. Ensure that clients signed estimated campaign targets with adequate research completed in media plan to complete purchase orders. Prepare bid packages for campaign buying metrics and ensure bidding rules and correct IO procedures are followed. Ensure backup for IO’s are maintained. 
  • Number Crunch & Audit : Ensure forecasts and regulatory compliance are adhered to. Review and approve all campaign expenditures and plans within agreed schedules.

Your Experience:

  • 5 years of working and excelling in an agency environment or service-based industry.
  • Mobile, digital or traditional advertising experience will be given preference.
  • Experience with media plans, metrics and KPI forecasts. 
  • Expert at analytics, pitching and generating rapport with clients. 
  • Track record with managing moving parts and meeting deadlines. 
  • Forward thinking with technical understanding and abilities to provide direction with operations. 
  • Very astute with self-management and who loves being part of a team.
